The job was done quickly and efficiently as I had informed them of the problem beforehand. I was given a receipt (paid by credit card) and a guarantee for the repair as well, something we do not often see these days. The engineer was very pleasant and efficient and I would recommend his services based on my experience. He was efficient and installed the new washing machine with great care and you could tell he took pride in his work. He left the house with the old machine, everything was cleaned and left tidy.
